Brimbank City Council
Like many local councils, most of Brimbank City Council’s key services were hard for customers to find and use, or weren’t available online at all. For most people, transacting with council meant having to call or visit their customer service center during working hours, or print and mail requests.
Solution
LocalGov allowed local residents, businesses and visitors to access efficient and effective e-services to easily transact, communicate and engage with their Council. To allow unimpeded information exchange between customer and council, we connected these tools to Brimbank City Council’s internal systems and payment gateway. Our reporting tool allows customers to quickly and efficiently inform council of any number of incidents.
